He suddenly notices Mzingo's Committee circling nearby. The Guard decide to see what they can do. Bunga is excited over the whole event, and, after Fuli and Ono join them, Simba admits that everything worked out because they did things their own way, and that Kion would be proud of them. Uroho becomes a little nervous at his suggestion after learning that he's the son of the King, and informs them that they need to rest up for the next show. Later, the Guard help Mbeya escape from the mud. Between Bunga and the rest of the Lion Guard, Kiburi's float are defeated. Annie | When Mpishi passes, he throws the hatchling to her, and she flies away. Disgruntled, the Lion Guard take off again to deal with them. He then eats a few handfuls of tsetse flies, slowly following his companions to the where the zebras are. Rafiki then notices Kion's absence, and questions his whereabouts. When Azaad begins to hesitate, Janja mocks him for being afraid of water, though Azaad argues that cheetahs and waters just don't get along. Mud Slide A while later, Simba, who is still enjoying his team's company, runs off ahead. Bunga offers advice from a "former tickbird", but Ono angrily declines his offer before settling on Kifaru's back. Zazu arrives Bunga then looks to Kion for his support, but Kion is already engaged in the lair paintings, notably the ones containing his great uncle Scar. When the Guard question his behavior, Ono notices that his tickbird is missing. Honing her skills as Queen, Rani approaches their leader, Kiril, and assures him that the tigers know the rules and have agreed to respect the Circle of Life. After they leave, Rani thanks a tired Bunga for his help taking care of the cubs. Kion is hesitant to go down since his father strictly prohibited him from venturing there. "At least we saved big B" Beshte explains how the hyenas are dropping rocks on him from an opening to Rocky Plateau above him, and Ono starts to guide them around. Bunga and Kion are playing Baobab Ball in the Pride Lands, when a gazelle suddenly leaps out and startles Bunga. When questioned, Zazu explains that he was looking for the Lion Guard. With even Bunga starting to worry, Kion orders Ono to search for Beshte from above. With Bunga and Kion urging them to move and with Fuli guiding them, they start to move across. He thinks they are cute and likes it to babysit as seen in Babysitter Bunga. Bunga enthusiastically stays behind to watch over his friends until Fuli and Ono return with Makini. Frank | Beshte is at first hesitant, but does so regardless. When one of Zira's other children, Kovu, misses the blast, Bunga glares towards him angrily until he leaves. Having done their duty, the Lion Guard continue their patrol, with Bunga warning the galagos to watch out for falling trees. The Lion Guard intimidate Mapigano, who eventually decides to retreat after insulting Badili and claiming that they were 'friends'. The Guard agree to teach Badili how to be more confident, with Bunga excitedly agreeing to show him how to be brave. The honey badger calls for the kids to run, and, after discovering that they are surrounded, cries "Teke" to them, and the kids react by kicking the jackals away. When they find the rocks, Kion sends Beshte to smash the rocks apart. After Ono states that tsetse flies don't like water, the Guard lead the herd of buffalo in to a nearby river. Simba orders the Guard to follow him, and Bunga does so without fail or question. He awakens the bats in time, but the tree collapses with him inside of it. Bunga and the Guard hear several cries about a hyena attack and soon arrive on the scene. After the performance, both Timon and Pumbaa break down in tears. Princess Amber | | Detective Bunga The animals leave, Ono investigates the tree. When Kion arrives at the top of the cliff he uses the Roar, calming himself just beforehand. Confident that it's Makuu trying to spoil the summit, the Guard make their way over to see for themselves. But when Hadithi confesses that he's no hero and that a real bird hero is in danger, Bunga is quick to follow him and the rest of the Guard away. With Bunga grasping onto his tail, the Lion Guard are able to help him get loose.
