Several functions may not work. go into Courting & Marriage and you can hook up with any of the NPC including Carlotta, but you have to adopt Mila Valentia to get her also. In order to marry Carlotta and adopt Mila, the Dragonborn must talk to Mikael on Carlotta's behalf and become a thane of Whiterun. I know there is a way to marry Carlotta Valentia using CCs, but is there a way to adopt her daugher in the same way, or will she just continue to live by herself if I were to move?
